Video Visits: new and current patients can call our offices to schedule an online video visit for new appointments, current appointments or ongoing issues.
MyChart Primary Care E-Visit: current patients of The University of Kansas St Francis Campus family medicine, internal medicine and OB/GYN providers can complete a symptom-based questionnaire on your smartphone or computer via The University of Kansas Health System MyChart about your non-emergent need and your physician will respond within one business day
Virtual Check-Ins: current patients can conduct a “check in” via telephone with their own provider for a variety of new medical conditions
Messaging through MyChart: send a message to your provider via your MyChart account about any health questions you have and expect a response within two business days
An E-Visit involves answering a secure, fast and convenient online questionnaire completed via The University of Kansas Health System MyChart about your non-emergent condition. If you are an established patient of The University of Kansas St Francis Campus family medicine, internal medicine or OB/GYN provider, simply answer the questions and your provider will respond with recommended treatment or care within one business day. E-Visits are available 24/7 from the convenience of your computer or smartphone.
Log in to The University of Kansas Health System MyChart. At the top, go to Messaging > Ask a Question > Symptom-Specific E-Visit. Typical completion time is 10-15 minutes.
