I was referred to pulmonology by my PC due to chronic fatigue I had trouble getting treatment. Dr Wilkin is very good at listening to my concerns and informing me of the options available for treatment (if there are multiple). It has been a long process to get my condition diagnosed but Dr Wilkin has not given up on finding a treatment that works, nor has he stopped fighting with insurance on medication options they currently don’t cover. Right now their office is down in staffing, just like every where else, which means there’s one doctor tending to probably 3-4 doctors worth of patients. That said I have had no change in care or treatment. I am open to televisits for some of my appointments, especially since I still go in to see him in person every 6 months or so. Any time I have ever needed something from their office I have had no issue getting ahold of someone, either by phone or mychart messages. I am thankful that Dr Wilkin has continued to fight for me and with me to get me back to feeling somewhat normal again.
